CNC Lathes
Our CNC lathes are used for turning cylindrical bushings and other copper-alloy parts to customer drawings. Turning operations cover features such as outside diameters, bores, end faces and grooves, according to the approved part design.
Material, dimensions, tolerances and inspection requirements are reviewed for each project before production is confirmed.
Automated CNC Lathes
Our automated CNC lathes support batch production of bushings and turned copper-alloy components. The machining setup and production plan are reviewed against the approved drawing, material and order quantity.

Automated Drilling Machines
Our automated drilling machines are used to machine the holes for graphite plugs in self-lubricating copper-alloy bushings and wear parts. Hole positions, diameters, depths and the intended sliding surfaces follow the approved drawing and graphite layout.
The drilling setup is reviewed for the part geometry and production quantity. Graphite insertion and subsequent finishing are separate production stages.
CNC Machining Centers
Our CNC machining centers are used for milling and drilling features on copper-alloy bushings, flanged components and wear plates. Typical operations include flange mounting holes, flats, cut edges, pockets and other drawing-defined features.
The machining approach is reviewed against the part geometry, material, drawing datums and inspection requirements. Please provide your drawing and quantity so we can confirm manufacturing feasibility and the required process sequence.
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Our coordinate measuring machine supports dimensional inspection of machined components against approved drawings. The inspection plan identifies the drawing datums, measurement features and acceptance criteria for the part.
Please specify the dimensions and geometric features requiring verification, together with any inspection report requirements, during quotation. Measurement methods and reporting scope are confirmed for each project.
